- Served as Sr. Human Resource Manager at Naviant, Inc., a database marketing firm, with responsibility for integration of diverse teams due to mergers and acquisitions and administration of all benefits programs including 401(k), ESPP and health insurance.

- Grew two startup technology firms to over 120 employees with responsibility for all Human Resource functions.
- Managed all of the Human Resource functions in the successful merger/acquisition of several firms.
- Successfully closed and subsequently paid out benefits from self-funded medical plans for public and private companies in accordance with government requirements.
- Has managed the Human Resources function for multiple public and private companies which have subsequently ceased operations either through a bankruptcy or an orderly windâ€Âdown of their operations.
