- Served as Director of Asset Management and Interim CFO for a public provider of financial services, focusing on a Resolution Trust Corporation contract for the liquidation of failed savings and loans.
- Coordinated due diligence activities for the acquisition of a mortgage banking entity in the U.S., a mortgage servicing entity in the U.K., and a mortgage REIT.
- Renegotiated loan terms and balances of existing debt with 16 various local and regional banks for a regional
residential real estate developer.
