Serve as the Financial Advisor to the Committee of Unsecured Creditors for this for this 6,000 acre residential development in Florida

Served as Financial Advisor to the Committee of Unsecured Creditors for this manufacturing company.

Nukote International, Inc.
Serve as Financial Advisor to the Unsecured Creditors Committee of this private, $120 million revenue international manufacturer and wholesaler of printer ink jet and ink cartridges.

Roper Industries
Served as Financial Advisor to the secured creditor for this $100 million revenue wholesale and retail supplier of building products.

Thomas Industries
Served as Financial Advisor to Unsecured Creditors Committee for this $100 million revenue manufacturer of specialty carpet products. Provided valuation analysis regarding bids to purchase the Debtor’s operations, as well as financial and analytical support to legal counsel.

Verso Technologies
Served as Financial Advisor to the Unsecured Creditors Committee for this $160 million revenue manufacturer of information technology products. Worked with the Debtor, legal counsel and the investment banker to execute multiple 363 sales. Provided electronic discovery services tied to a lawsuit.
