Discovery Palms – Appointed as the Receiver for this 336 unit condominium development near Disney World, Florida, and also served as a Director of the Homeowners Association.
Villa Sonoma – Appointed as the Receiver for this 321 unit condominium development in Georgia. Serve as a Director of the Homeowners Association.
Twelve Oaks – Appointed Receiver for this 72 unit apartment to condominium conversion in Riverdale, GA.
The Lakes at Northridge f/k/a Empirian at Northridge – Appointed as the Receiver of this 608 unit, $43mm development apartment complex in Sandy Springs, GA. We are currently implementing a $250k capital improvement program at the property.
Mandeville Mills – Served as Receiver for a loft-style apartment complex that consists of 78 apartment units in a variety of floor plans. We immediately took over management of the operations, marketed and sold the property.
Echelon f/k/a The Georgia Tech Club – Served as Receiver for this high-end real estate development and championship Rees Jones golf course, north of Atlanta, after the developer had defaulted on its loan obligations. We took control of the golf course operation, as well as the development, its Home Owner’s Association and Architectural Review Board.
Fiddler’s Creek – Serve as the Financial Adviser to the Committee of Unsecured Creditors, which represents over 1,700 homeowners, for this 6,000 acre residential development in Florida, which is home to the Arthur Hills designed Creek Course.
Lake Burton Club – Waterfall Country Club– We were appointed Receiver for this 350-acre private club with golf course in Clayton, GA.
Howard Johnson Statesboro – Appointed as Chapter 11 Trustee of this hotel, which was administratively insolvent. Supervised administration of the case, operated the debtor’s business, and successfully executed a “363” sale of the business for $1.86 million.
Red Roof Inn Atlanta Airport – Appointed as the Receiver of this 192 unit hotel, supervised the management of this severely deteriorated asset and marketed it for disposition.
Deerfield Station – Appointed as the Receiver for this private label hotel on the east coast of Florida. The property was master planned for 549 condos, a hotel and 50,000 sq/ft of commercial space. We are investigating various zoning and entitlement issues associated with the property and the surrounding area.

Fayetteville Corners – Appointed as the Receiver for this 77,000 sq/ft former WalMart and Winn Dixie anchored Shopping Center in Fayetteville, GA.
Singleton Square – Appointed as the Receiver for this 130,000 sq/ft Kroger anchored Shopping Center in Norcross, GA.
The Ridges at Lake Chatuge – We were appointed as the Receiver for this resort property which includes an independent 66 room hotel, 2 restaurants and a 350 slip marina. We operated the property for 9 months and ultimately sold it.
